RDFL currently offer a wide range of value added services to their customers. These include the following:

• Paint Mixing – RDFL provide a European paint manufacturer with a paint mixing facility, when they do not have the correct colours in stock. This process includes a fully traceable quality sampling and testing process, where samples are taken, measured and sent to the customer for record.

• Specialist Picking – RDFL provide a range of clients with specialist picking services, primarily where product is broken down into single small items, and re-packaged for despatch.

• Sampling – A number of customer's require a goods inwards sampling process to take place. This varies from simply sending a full box to the customer for them to test, through to RDFL opening sacks of product, removing a small sample, and testing for size, colour or texture against agreed parameters.

• Re-work – Re-work is an everyday occurrence for RDFL, be it re-palletisation of product, or the re-labelling or re-boxing of incorrectly packaged product.
