RDFL believe that any new contract requires a great deal of resource during the implementation and commencement, to ensure that the contract starts well, thus leading to a successful contractual term. RDFL assign an Implementation Team to each new contract start-up, whose role it is to investigate all the processes and areas of operation, in order that a Contractual Procedures Manual be developed, that outlines the agreed procedures and reporting methodology to be used at all times. These procedures are agreed between all concerned parties, prior to system training and implementation. The Implementation Team is usually made up of specialist contract implementers, as well as Operational and Administration staff who would be involved with the new customer. Once the Implementation Team feels that the contract is running successfully, a formal review and hand-over meeting takes place, where the contract is handed-over to the Operational Staff, and the Implementation Team withdraw.
