RDFL offer a nationwide carpet distribution network, serviced by it's own fleet of specialist carpet delivery vehicles. These vehicles deliver cut lengths, rolls and rugs, and are fitted with specialist carpet handling equipment to assist the delivery

Carpet product is received directly from the manufacturer, either in Europe or the UK, where it is unloaded and scanned into stock via the product bar code. Product is stored in specialist carpet racking. Product is then picked and loaded onto the delivery vehicle, and finally delivered to the end user.

The entire process utilises product bar codes, which allows RDFL to provide the customer with the following automated, Internet accessible services:

• Full stock traceability from point of receipt, through to final delivery.

• On-line Stock Reports, including collections and return product.

• Full consignment tracking, again via the Internet, including signature access in real-time.

• Automated Key Performance Indicator reports, e-mailed as required.
